About Greener Horizons
The members of Greener Horizons include both Domestic Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors. The Domestic Energy Assessors are able to carry out Energy Performance Certificates whilst the Home Inspectors are able to carry out both Energy Performance Certificates and Home Condition Reports.
Fully Qualified
All members are fully qualified and belong to government approved accreditation or certification schemes. The role of the schemes is to ensure that its members follow a Code of Practice approved by the department for Communities and Local Government. All members are listed on the official EPC/HCR Register where you may look up Domestic Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors and retrieve an Energy Performance Certificate or Home Condition Report. All members carry professional indemnity insurance.

Key elements of our Code of Practice include working in a professional manner, responding to enquiries promptly and maintaining good communication with clients and producing the EPC or HCR within 3 days of inspection.

Our members currently cover the whole of Sussex and into the Kent and Surrey borders. We are quickly expanding into the wider South East region and welcome enquiries related to areas not currently represented.
